Most retail orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of confirmation, subject to stock.
Bulk and project orders are scheduled in coordination with you to align with your monsoon planting window.
Delivery & charges
Delivery timelines depend on destination and courier/freight. Charges are quoted at confirmation based on weight, volume and location.
Seasonal demand (April–July) can affect timelines; we recommend ordering ahead of season.
Live plants & saplings
Saplings and live plants are dispatched with care-appropriate packaging. Please inspect on arrival and follow the included handling guidance.
